Student satisfaction is critical to the success of both organizational and individual students, especially in today’s global environment. In particular, the rapid technological progress in higher education in recent years has intensified competition. Currently, in Somalia and other countries,
Educational experience focuses on developing the knowledge, character, and skills necessary to thrive and adapt through a lifetime of change. This goal of ensuring student success requires us to identify the common knowledge, abilities, and values that all students need to succeed in a rapidly changing world. More specifically, students need an educational experience that is broad, rigorous, and modern; co-curricular activities that extend learning beyond the classroom or lab; and support services that enable all students to reach their potential.
The University has got its own student group with their own administration structure and system of governance who organizes meeting with the university students and other Universities students as well. This Union provides welfare and financial support to students from poor households who don’t afford to pay university tuition. It represents the students and solves their internal problems while they are independent from the administration board of the university.
